Program Initiation
Your organization can initiate this program by scheduling a no-cost, initial planning meeting with SpreadsheetWorld and your key staff. The meeting begins with a 60 minute presentation to provide a overview of the Spreadsheet Aided Enterprise Program. We would work in advance to layout the structure for post-presentation discussion so that we could efficiently establish a draft Enterprise Strategic Plan (ESP). SpreadsheetWorld would then use that ESP to go back and prepare a cost proposal based on the ESP. The attendees at this meeting should draw heavily from existing course alumni, but should also include key decision decision makers at your organization as it is very important that this program be supported by top level management, technical and Information Technology staff.
